Welcome to Dealyf! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Dealyf mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “App”). By accessing or using the App, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old or of legal age in your country to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet the age requirement and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms.

2. Account Registration

Certain features require creating an account. You must provide accurate and complete information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. Use of the App

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Engage in fraud, spam, or deceptive practices.
• Reverse engineer or interfere with the App.
• Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights of others.

4. Vendor Listings and Services

Dealyf connects users with vendors offering products or services. Dealyf does not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of vendor offerings. Any transactions are solely between you and the Vendor. Dealyf is not liable for disputes or losses arising from these interactions.

5. Payment and Subscriptions

Certain features require subscriptions or payments. Subscriptions may auto-renew unless canceled before renewal. Payments are processed via third-party providers. No refunds for partial periods unless required by law.

6. Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Subscriptions cancel future billing only.
• One-time purchases are non-refundable unless required by law.
• Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days.
• Approved refunds processed within 5–10 business days.
• App Store refunds follow Google/Apple policies.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and software are the property of Dealyf or its licensors. You may not reproduce or distribute without permission.

8. Privacy

Your use of the App is governed by our Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The App is provided “as is.” Dealyf is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the App.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations. You may terminate your account anytime.

11. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updates.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka.
